Facilities and Services
The West Bann Development centre is located in the centre of Coleraine and has become a valuable resource for all manner of voluntary, public and private sector organisations. We offer a range of facilities which can be hired for various events and activities, all at very competitive prices.
There are over 30 car parking spaces available on site and additional free public car parks located nearby. The centre has a lift for access to the first floor rooms and has male, female and disabled toilets, in addition to baby changing facilities on both floors. The kitchens which are located on both floors are equipped with kettles, crockery, microwave ovens, fridges and the first floor kitchen also has a cooker/hob. Tables and chairs are provided and can be set out according to your specific requirements, together with any additional equipment required (See Below).
Room Hire Service
To make a room booking, simply complete the Facility Booking Form and return it to West Bann Development. Prior to returning the form it is recommended that contact be made with West Bann Development to ensure that your chosen date(s) and room(s) are available.

A comprehensive catering service is available for clients using the centre. The following list details some of the most popular catering options available:
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits (£1.00 per person),
Sandwich Platter (£3.00 per person),
Sandwich Platter and Soup (£5.00 per person),
Sandwich Platter and Hot Food Buffet (£5.50 per person).

West Bann Development provides a number of office and business services such as photocopying, faxing, and internet access. Rates for these services are itemised below:

With a seating capacity of up to 140 people this room is ideal for presentations to large groups, public meetings, educational classes, exercise classes and more. It is fitted with hardwood oak flooring, which lends itself to all manner of activities. The main hall is located on the first floor, adjacent to the first floor kitchen and has wheelchair and lift access.
Through the use of a movable partition, the main hall can be split into two smaller rooms and each half can be hired on an individual basis. A Half Hall can easily accommodate presentations for up to 60 people, or is ideal for classes/groups of 20 people or more that require tables or extra space. As with the main hall these rooms are located on the first floor and have wheelchair and lift access.
The board room is a medium sized room located on the ground floor. It is ideal for formal/informal meetings, training, group work or seminars. It will comfortably seat up to 15 people, but as for each room we can advise you of the capacity for your chosen layout.
The IT suite is located on the ground floor and boasts 16 desktop computers, data projector and pull down screen. All computers use Microsoft Windows 7 and have Microsoft Office 2010, Sage Accounts v16 and Adobe Photoshop software installed amongst others. Although the IT suite is normally utilised for formal training, numerous organisations continue to use it for general training and the delivery of programmes.
